We are hosting a free one-mile walk at Morsches Park to raise awareness about pregnancy and infant loss on Saturday, April 16.
Families will be able to see their baby’s name written on a sign, hear their name spoken, and participate in a balloon release at the conclusion of the walk.
One in four pregnancies ends in miscarriage or stillbirth. How can something so common be a topic we all shy away from? Every pregnancy carries a risk of not taking a baby home nine months later, and there are very few resources available for women who experience this devastating loss. We want to come alongside families that have experienced pregnancy and infant loss to give them the space and resources they need to grieve.
