To earn coupons with Brightpoint, you must participate in their child and family-centered programs. Participation with Brightpoint begins with a referral or personally signing up.  Each time you have a home visit, you may ask the worker for a BABE coupon.

The Churubusco Public Library is a wonderful place with a friendly staff, and a variety of useful resources. People of all ages visit our library to use our computers, view our movie selection, and to check out books both fiction and non-fiction. Not only does the CPL carry a fantastic collection of books and movies, but also a variety of magazines, audio books, and CDs. The library also offers an assortment of programs for both adults and children.

Do you have a child between the ages of 6-12 months? Visit Dr. McClain, the only optometrist in Whitley County who provides a free assessment for babies 6-12 months. This assessment is provided through a nationwide initiative called INFANTSEE.

First Steps is Indiana’s early intervention program for children birth to age 3 who would benefit from additional support to meet their developmental milestones. First Steps supports families and caregivers by helping their children learn and grow through their family’s everyday activities. Children learn to build relationships with other children and adults, develop independence, play and grow.

DCS Whitley County

Coupons can be earned for families that don’t have custody of their children and are working towards getting custody back. Parenting classes, supervised visits with their children, any other visits for that family.

Healthy families of Indiana is another program where the provider comes to you! The Healthy Families Program says it best, “Healthy Families Believes: All parents want the best for their children. All parents are responsible for helping their children grow and succeed. All parents benefit from support and encouragement.” It’s true, and Healthy Families helps provide caregivers with a myriad of support, encouragement, and resources to assist them on their journey to successful caregiving—based on the unique needs of the family. Simply ask the provider for a coupon after each visit with Healthy Families.

A Hope Center welcomes you to earn additional support. You can earn a BABE coupon for visits to A Hope Center for an ultrasound, positive pregnancy test, “Earn While You Learn” program, and more. Merry Lea Environmental Learning Center of Goshen College is an 1,189-acre nature preserve in Noble County. The center is known for its ecological diversity, its quality environmental education for people of all ages and land restoration.

While prairies and woodlands are also part of the landscape, the diverse wetlands at Merry Lea are its greatest treasure. We have 8 miles of hiking trails that are FREE and open daily, from dawn to dusk. We also offer various free programs as well.

Mary Lea Environmental Center

To earn coupons, attend any public program, workshop, or event that Merry Lea hosts, including free events. Simply ask your environmental educator for one at the end or during the program.
Examples:

  • Hear a tale & hike a trail along with other outdoor activities during our free monthly Tales & Trail program for children ages 3-5, with younger siblings welcome to join, led by a Merry Lea educator.
  • Go on a self-guided walk down our StoryWalk trail located at the Learning Center. Once completed, come in and ask a staff member for a BABE coupon.
  • Attend Nature Fest, Seed Swap, Enchanted Forest, or other annual events.
  • Sign up for a family workshop such as “Who Dung It?,” “Sublime Slime,” & “Family Night Hike: Owl Prowl.”

Since January 2000, Mission25 has been providing for the residents of Whitley County, Indiana who are in need of our services. We are more than a “homeless” shelter. Our program is designed to provide our residents with the tools they need to get out of their current situation and live a healthy and normal life. We provide case management, self-esteem building, parenting programs, and other types of self-sufficiency programs.

The Milk Bank’s Donor Milk Express program has the unique ability to provide families in our communities with a readily available source of pasteurized donor human milk (PDHM). Quick access to PDHM allows parents of healthy newborns to supplement with human milk instead of formula, providing babies with a healthy start and parents with peace of mind. Donor Milk Express is available to help bridge the gap between leaving the hospital and a successful breastfeeding routine.

Schedule an appointment at the local Milk Bank to drop off your milk donations and earn a BABE coupon each time.

Get coupons by donating milk. For first time users complete a short screening at themilkbank.org or by phone at 317-536-1670.
